Pittsburgh Pirates

What to eat at PNC Park

The prettiest ballpark in America also has the best stadium food in town, and it isn't close. The 2026 menu leans all the way into Pittsburgh instead of apologising for it.

This season: Nine new items for the 2026 season, built around pierogies, kielbasa and chipped ham.

1Chipped Ham Fries

New

Chipped ham, cheddar sauce and garlic butter over fries

The one to get. Chipped ham is the most Pittsburgh protein there is and nobody outside this county would think to put it on fries.

2Boricua Dog

New

Sofrito beef, braised onion, Small Street Deli kraut, potato sticks, yellow mustard

Puerto Rican and Pittsburgh arguing on one roll, and both win. The potato sticks are the part that makes it.

3Pierogi Salad

New

Cold pierogi salad, sour cream dressing, bacon, cheddar, ranch seasoning

Cold pierogi salad sounds like a dare. It's genuinely good, and it's the only thing here you can eat in the sun in July without regret.

4Heavy Hitter Dog

New

Cornbread-coated footlong, pico de gallo, mustard, served in a baseball bat boat

Bought as much for the bat boat as the dog, and that's a perfectly good reason.

5Coop Puppy

New

Sweet tea-brined chicken, ketchup-braised onion, ranch, shredded lettuce

The sleeper. Sweet tea brine keeps it juicy in a way stadium chicken never is.

6Nutella Beignets

New

Beignets with caramel and whipped cream

Powdered sugar on a windy river night is a choice you make for yourself. Worth it.

7Tenders Love & Chicken

Chicken tenders, now also in sections 127 and 322

Expanded because the lines were absurd. Still the safest bet with kids in tow.

Where this came from

Stadium menus change every season and mid-season. We update this from the local food press as it lands, but the building is the final word.
